Welcome to Flex Connection LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.gotravelflex.com, the TravelFlex™ platform, and any related products, services, tools, templates, resources, or materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
TravelFlex™ is a software platform designed to provide marketing tools, automation systems, and business resources for travel professionals. Flex Connection LLC does not sell travel, act as a travel agency, or provide travel booking services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services.
By using TravelFlex™, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration and Access
Access to certain features of TravelFlex™ requires the creation of an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Login credentials are intended for use only by the registered account holder and any authorized users properly added within the TravelFlex™ platform using the official user management features. Sharing usernames, passwords, or account access with individuals who are not authorized users within the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users who wish to grant access to additional individuals must do so through the authorized user management tools provided within the platform.
Account holders are responsible for all activity that occurs under their login credentials, including actions performed by individuals they grant access to or allow to use their account.
Allowing third parties to access an account for the purpose of monitoring, studying, analyzing, or replicating TravelFlex™ systems, workflows, templates, or automation structures is strictly prohibited.
Flex Connection LLC reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate suspected unauthorized access or misuse of the platform.
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials, misuse of account access, or allowing third parties to access the platform in violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund.
3. Business Disclaimer
TravelFlex™ provides tools, templates, automations, and systems designed to support travel professionals in operating their businesses.
Flex Connection LLC makes no guarantees regarding income, business success, commissions, sales performance, bookings, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.
Business results depend on numerous factors including user effort, experience, marketing practices, and external market conditions.
Users acknowledge that TravelFlex™ is a software tool, and the success of their business is solely their responsibility.
4. Host Agency and Industry Compliance
Flex Connection LLC and TravelFlex™ are independent software providers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any host agency, travel supplier, or travel network.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of TravelFlex™ complies with:
• host agency policies
• supplier agreements
• applicable laws and regulations
• industry standards
Flex Connection LLC does not review or approve user content for host agency compliance and assumes no liability for disciplinary actions or policy violations related to a user's business practices.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, templates, systems, workflows, automations, graphics, logos, text, videos, software structures, training materials, and other materials made available through the TravelFlex™ platform are the intellectual property of Flex Connection LLC or its licensors.
These materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The TravelFlex™ name, brand, and associated materials are trademarks of Flex Connection LLC.
Access to the TravelFlex™ platform does not grant users ownership rights to any platform systems, content, templates, or materials.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any TravelFlex™ materials without prior written permission from Flex Connection LLC.
Proprietary Systems and Trade Secrets
The TravelFlex™ platform contains proprietary systems, processes, workflows, automation structures, templates, training materials, software architecture, and operational methodologies that constitute confidential and proprietary trade secrets of Flex Connection LLC.
Users acknowledge that these systems and methodologies represent valuable intellectual property developed by Flex Connection LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Users agree that they will not:
• copy or reproduce any TravelFlex™ systems, workflows, automation logic, or templates
• disclose proprietary platform functionality or system structures to third parties
• use information obtained from the platform to replicate, develop, or assist in developing competing products or services
• attempt to extract, document, analyze, or reverse engineer platform structures for the purpose of replication
Unauthorized use, disclosure, or replication of TravelFlex™ systems, methodologies, or platform structures may result in legal action, including claims for trade secret misappropriation, injunctive relief, and monetary damages.
The obligation to protect TravelFlex™ proprietary systems and confidential information survives termination of the user's account or access to the platform.6. Prohibited Platform Use and Reverse Engineering
Users may not:
• reverse engineer the platform
• analyze system architecture
• copy workflows, automations, or templates
• develop competing software based on TravelFlex™
• attempt to replicate the platform’s functionality
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
Unauthorized use, disclosure, or replication of TravelFlex™ systems may result in legal action, including claims for trade secret misappropriation, injunctive relief, and monetary damages.
Users acknowledge that unauthorized use, disclosure, or replication of TravelFlex™ proprietary systems may cause irreparable harm to Flex Connection LLC for which monetary damages may be insufficient, and Flex Connection LLC shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and other legal remedies in addition to any damages available under applicable law.
7. Competitive Analysis Prohibition
Users may not access or use TravelFlex™ for the purpose of:
• monitoring the platform for competitive analysis
• gathering proprietary information
• developing competing software
• replicating platform features or systems
Accounts suspected of accessing the platform for competitive purposes may be terminated immediately.
Confidential Platform Information
Users acknowledge that certain aspects of the TravelFlex™ platform, including its system architecture, automation structures, templates, training materials, and operational methodologies, constitute confidential information of Flex Connection LLC.
Users agree to treat such information as confidential and not disclose, share, or use it for any purpose other than operating their own business through the platform.
This obligation of confidentiality shall survive termination of the user's account.
8. Platform Availability
Flex Connection LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Flex Connection LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Third-Party Services
TravelFlex™ may integrate with third-party software platforms or services.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party systems.
10. User Content
Users may create, upload, and publish content within TravelFlex™.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Flex Connection LLC permission to host and display it as necessary to provide platform functionality.
Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws.
11. Licensed Third-Party Assets
TravelFlex™ may include licensed assets from third-party providers such as Pexels or Envato.
Users must comply with all applicable licensing terms.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for misuse of licensed content.
12. Payment Terms
Subscription Fees
TravelFlex™ operates on a recurring monthly subscription model.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that your payment method will automatically be charged each billing cycle until your subscription is canceled.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription by emailing:
Cancellation requests must be received prior to the next billing date to prevent the upcoming charge.
Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in recurring charges continuing.
Billing Disputes
Users agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Continued Use of Services
Continued use of TravelFlex™ after billing constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the subscription charge.
By providing a payment method, users authorize Flex Connection LLC to charge the applicable subscription fees and any optional services they choose to purchase through the platform.
13. Platform Customization and User Modifications
TravelFlex™ allows users to customize templates, workflows, funnels, and automation systems.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for system errors resulting from user modifications or custom configurations.
Users are responsible for following available tutorials and training materials when customizing systems.
Flex Connection LLC is not obligated to repair systems altered by users.
14. Third-Party Marketplace Applications
TravelFlex™ may provide access to third-party applications or integrations through a marketplace.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for the functionality, pricing, policies, or reliability of third-party applications.
Fees paid to third-party providers are non-refundable through Flex Connection LLC.
15. Email Deliverability Disclaimer
TravelFlex™ may provide email marketing tools.
Flex Connection LLC does not guarantee email delivery rates, inbox placement, or campaign performance.
Email deliverability may be affected by domain reputation, spam filters, third-party providers, and user content.
16. SMS Messaging and A2P Compliance
Users who send SMS messages through TravelFlex™ must comply with applicable messaging laws including A2P 10DLC regulations and TCPA requirements.
Users are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for carrier filtering, message blocking, or messaging penalties.
17. Marketing and Advertising Platforms
Users are responsible for ensuring that their marketing practices comply with the policies of advertising platforms such as social media networks or email providers.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for advertising account suspensions, rejected ads, or marketing compliance violations.
18. Client Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring proper handling and protection of client data stored within the platform.
Flex Connection LLC assumes no liability for misuse of client information.
19. Data Storage and Backup
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data.
Flex Connection LLC shall not be liable for loss of data resulting from user actions, system outages, or third-party services.
20. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice
TravelFlex™ provides tools and resources but does not provide legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals regarding their business practices.
21. No Resale of Platform Access
Users may not resell or distribute access to TravelFlex™ without written authorization from Flex Connection LLC.
22. Platform Development and Feature Changes
TravelFlex™ is an evolving platform. Flex Connection LLC may modify or discontinue features at any time.
23. Beta Features
Some features may be labeled as beta or experimental.
These features may contain bugs or limitations and are provided without guarantees.
24. Affiliate Disclosure
Flex Connection LLC may recommend third-party tools and may receive affiliate commissions.
Users are not required to purchase any recommended products.
25. Account Suspension
Flex Connection LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
26. Force Majeure
Flex Connection LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Connection LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
28. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flex Connection LLC from claims arising from their use of the platform.
29. Privacy

30. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Flex Connection LLC regarding use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
