TravelFlex™ is a software platform designed to provide CRM tools, automation systems, marketing resources, and business management tools for travel professionals and entrepreneurs.
By accessing or using TravelFlex™, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Purpose of the Platform
TravelFlex™ is intended to help users manage and grow their travel-related businesses through the use of marketing tools, customer relationship management features, automation workflows, and communication tools.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the TravelFlex™ platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• conducting scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive business practices
• promoting false or misleading travel offers
• impersonating another individual or business
• distributing illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• violating intellectual property rights of others
• harvesting or collecting personal information without consent
• sending spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
• engaging in activities that damage the reputation or integrity of the TravelFlex™ platform
3. Messaging and Communication Compliance
Users who utilize TravelFlex™ messaging tools (including SMS, email, or automated messaging) must comply with all applicable communication laws and regulations.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• obtaining proper consent before sending marketing communications
• complying with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements for SMS messaging
• complying with CAN-SPAM requirements for email marketing
• honoring unsubscribe requests where required by law
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable laws.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for misuse of messaging tools by platform users.
4. Protection of Platform Systems
TravelFlex™ contains proprietary systems, workflows, automation structures, templates, and software features that are the intellectual property of Flex Connection LLC.
Users may not:
• attempt to copy, replicate, or reverse engineer platform systems
• extract platform workflows or automation logic for replication
• access the platform for the purpose of studying or copying system functionality
• share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• attempt to bypass platform security measures
• engage in activities intended to disrupt platform functionality
Unauthorized attempts to copy or replicate TravelFlex™ systems may result in immediate termination of the account and possible legal action.
5. Unauthorized Account Access
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
Sharing login credentials with individuals who are not authorized users within the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users must use the platform's authorized user management features to grant account access to team members.
Flex Connection LLC reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate suspected unauthorized access.
6. Data and Client Information
Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent to collect, store, and manage client information within the TravelFlex™ platform.
Users must comply with applicable privacy laws when storing personal information, including travel planning data or contact information.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for how users collect, manage, or use client data within their accounts.
7. Third-Party Integrations and Marketplace Applications
TravelFlex™ may allow users to connect third-party tools or purchase applications through integrations or marketplace features.
Users are responsible for reviewing the policies and terms of any third-party services they choose to use.
Flex Connection LLC is not responsible for third-party software, integrations, or services connected to the platform.
8. Platform Performance and System Use
Users may not use the TravelFlex™ platform in ways that could harm system performance or interfere with other users.
Prohibited actions include:
• attempting to overload platform systems
• engaging in automated scraping or data mining
• attempting to bypass system limitations or safeguards
9. Enforcement
Flex Connection LLC reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy.
If a violation is suspected or confirmed, Flex Connection LLC may take actions including:
• warning the user
• restricting account features
• suspending or terminating the account
• pursuing legal action where appropriate
